School Uniform

At St Martin de Porres Catholic School, we pride ourselves on high-standards, and we believe that our school uniform promotes these standards.

All children are expected to wear school uniform. 

 Key Stage 1 (EYFS, Year 1 & Year 2)

 Boys Uniform 

  • Maroon round neck sweatshirt
  • White Polo Shirt
  • Grey Trousers 
  • Grey/white socks
  • Black Shoes (no trainers or boots)

Girls Uniform 

  • Maroon round neck sweatshirt
  • White Polo Shirt
  • Grey Skirt or Trousers (no stretch or fashion trousers)
  • Grey/white socks or tights
  • Flat black shoes with strap and buckle
    (no trainers or boots)

 

Key Stage 2 (Years 3, 4, 5 and 6)

 Boys Uniform 

  • Maroon V neck jumper (with school logo)
  • White Shirt
  • School Tie (not elasticated)
  • Grey Trousers 
  • Grey/white socks
  • Black Shoes (no trainers or boots)

Girls Uniform 

  • Maroon cardigan (with school logo)
  • White Blouse
  • School Tie (not elasticated)
  • Grey Skirt or Trousers (no stretch or fashion trousers)
  • Grey/white socks or tights
  • Flat black shoes with strap and buckle
    (no trainers or boots)

 

Summer Options (both Key Stages)

 Boys Uniform 

  • White Short Sleeve Shirt
  • Grey Shorts

 Girls Uniform 

  • Light blue and white checked/striped dress

 

 

PE Kit

  • White t-shirt (school logo optional)
  • Black shorts (girls can wear black cycle shorts)
  • Black pumps
  • Black tracksuit (no logos) and trainers for use in inclement weather

 

Hair & Jewellery

  • No shaved, patterned or 'high-fashion' haircuts
  • Long hair should be tied up
  • Hair accessories should be minimal (large bows/decorative hairbands are not permitted)
  • Children can wear a watch (not a Smart watch) 
  • Children can wear small stud earrings

 

School ties, v-neck jumpers, cardigans, sweatshirts, t-shirts all with the school logo are available from:
